While the crew is safely quarantined on board Wind Spirit, Angelo Labastida came up with a new cocktail for a bartender’s challenge called Pinky’s Delight that you can also make at home.
Ingredients & procedure
- 1 oz Vodka
- .5 oz Malibu Rum
- .5 oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz Cranberry juice
- 2 oz Sour Mix
- Splash Grenadine
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously. Transfer in to the Poco Grande cocktail glass and splash of grenadine. Garnish with carved lime and celery leaves.
