Arrive early to avoid the crush of the crowds and make sure to check out El Quim de la Boqueria (stall 584), a sweet little tapas bar where the dishes are all crafted from the market’s bounty, and Cansaladeria Can Vila (stall 162), an incredible stall in the northwest corner that’s laden with prized Ibérico hams and other divine cured meats.
