The day has finally arrived! Wind Surf emerged fresh from her 18-day refurbishment this Saturday in Philipsburg, St. Maarten. Sparkling with new enhancements, the 310-passenger sailing yacht is cruising its inaugural voyage with a seven-day Yachtsman’s Caribbean voyage.
A stem-to-stern renovation, Wind Surf received updated décor in the public areas, complete with new furnishings, upholstery, art, lighting, wall coverings, carpeting, ceiling finishes, window treatments, and floor coverings. The yacht also premiered two new restaurants on Saturday, the French restaurant Stella Bistro and a new contemporary main restaurant called AmphorA.
Hotel Manager Henri Lemay snapped some photos of the renovation, giving us the first peek at Wind Surf’s new look. Wind Spirit’s debut is up next, completing her dry-dock on December 22nd in Bridgetown, Barbados.
