Our beautiful Star Legend just completed an extensive dry dock in Sembawang, Singapore. Marine Hotel Superintendent Theresa Rasmussen reports that work was done on all areas of the ship and special retrofits to the ship in preparation of our new Windstar Signature Expeditions program for the upcoming Alaska season, including:
Upgrading eight public restrooms
Refreshing the infirmary
Extensive teak deck work
Resurfacing saunas and refreshing steam rooms in the WindSpa
Installing crane brackets for Zodiacs and kayaks on deck eight aft
Remodeling the Gift Shop including new cabinetry, mirrors and display areas
Sneeze guards in the Verandah
Making crew area upgrades
