During a recent Yachting the Rivera voyage guests on board Wind Star were treated to a spectacular display of fireworks during the Deck Barbecue in Cannes, France.
The 40-minute display was part of the Pyrotechnic Festival, a Cannes fixture since 1967. Teams vie for the noble title of “Vestale d’Argent” by showcasing beautiful displays of fireworks accompanied by music.
Wind Star guests had front row seats to the 40-minute show with the yacht anchored right in front of the city, one of the advantages of being a small-ship cruise line. Below are images captured by Wind Star crew of Portugal’s display.
